We welcome new patients of all ages to our practice. When you visit, you’ll have the chance to meet our team and get to know Dr. Carol Luong. We are dedicated to educating you about your dental needs and will happily answer any questions about your treatment.
Our goal is to provide the highest level of dental care available today. As a special offer, new patients who complete a full exam, cleaning, and X-rays will receive a free Sonicare electric toothbrush. We also offer free consultations and second opinions with the doctor at no charge to new patients. Thank you for your confidence in our dental office, and we look forward to meeting you.

Your First Visit
Your first visit with us may include:

During your visit, we will answer any and all questions about your oral health. We will provide a detailed financial consultation to ensure your treatments are timed effectively and affordably.
Insurance and Billing
Co-pays are due at the time of service to ensure a smooth and efficient billing process. We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; otherwise, a $50 fee may apply. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other patients in need of care. We accept most insurance plans, and many of these plans offer out-of-network benefits. If you’re unsure about your coverage, please call our office, and our knowledgeable staff will assist you in understanding your benefits and maximizing your coverage.
Financing Options
In addition to insurance, we strive to make dental care accessible and affordable. We accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card designed for your health and wellness needs. Additionally, we offer flexible payment plans through Cherry, allowing you to manage your payments over time. Our goal is to provide you with the financial options that best suit your needs, ensuring you receive the highest quality dental care without financial stress.
